Lonedell R-14 will be holding a school board member information session for those that may be interested in running for school board.  Candidates must file by December 30, 2025 to be on the April 2026 ballot.

LONEDELL R-14 SCHOOL BOARD CANDIDATE FILING DATES

Three board members will be elected for a term of three years each. All terms begin in April 2026.

Candidates for election to the Lonedell R-14 Board of Education must file during the dates of December 09, 2025, through December 30, 2025, for the April 7, 2026, election. Candidates will be placed on the ballot in filing order.

Candidates must file in person at Lonedell R-14 School District Central Office, 7466 Highway FF, Lonedell, MO 63060. Filing hours are as follows: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The office will be closing on December 19th at noon. The office will also be closed on December 23rd, 24th, 25th, and 26th. The office may also be closed for inclement weather.

A candidate must be a citizen of the United States, at least 24 years of age, and a resident of the district and of Missouri both for one year preceding the election.
